Based in Langley on the beautiful Whidbey Island, I truly believe inspiration can strike from any location or subject. Personality deserves to be showcased and celebrated and I strive to reflect that in each shot I take. 

 

To say that I've always loved animals would be the understatement of the century. If a book has a dog on the cover, there's a high probability I won't read it because we all can guess how it ends. Everyone deserves a happy ending, particularly those with enthusiastically wagging tails.

While my day job is not in the photography industry, I've been the photo geek among my friends since I was old enough to hold a camera. I firmly belief that photographs have the power to invoke the emotions we felt as the picture was captured. Animals bring a unique sense of joy to the world and my goal is that joy will be in abundance whenever my work is viewed. As much as I enjoy photographing pets, there is no subject I won't happily take on, be it concerts, weddings, or professional headshots.
